I put everyone at their prime. I will include Orochimaru and Kabuto as Edo Tensei users, but not Tobirama, as his control is iffy. Movie Characters are included, bar Kinshiki because I haven't seen much of him.

I haven't seen the last, but I have read on it, feel free to tell me I'm wrong. I will hit include Hamura, Hagoromo, Indra, or Ashura.

-Eighth Gate Gai doesn't ever get past Kakashi's Susanoo, nor does he get past the Gudo Dama w/o help from Kakashi and/or Minato.
-Eighth Gate Gai never survives Toneri's attacks when the weakest one he had blew away a large portion of the Moon's crust, and the strongest one cut the Moon in half.
-Eighth Gate doesn't survive the Shinju's release.
-Eighth Gate Gai is not on the level of a person that Naruto and Sasuke had to team up to defeat in their adult hood, when their teen versions were comfortably a tier above Gai.

Their teen versions wouldn't have stood up to Night Gai, and it's very debatable if teeming up was very necessary, since Sasuke didn't even attempt to use PS without Naruto. Toneri doesn't have very good speed feats and Obito was in no way as proficient as Madara with Gudo Dama. But to each their own

You obviously didn't factor in Edo Tensei, and I stayed I wouldn't add certain people, because it would be a waste of space.

Lol. Night Guy doesn't have the feats to rip through Madara's PS alone like it's butter, so there's no way it gets past a construct far more durable. Night Guy has no feat that puts it's power anywhere near RSM Naruto's BD, and Sasuke's Chidori, which couldn't do major damage to their Avatars even when the power was combined.
