-Danzo can tank all of Bee's moves for 10 minutes in total due to izanagi and can suppress Bee's chakra a little because of Mokuton. Orochimaru doesnt need a explanation.

-Even though Madara himself said Hashirama can stop him? And note he was talking about present day due to him saying "but he's no longer with us" after saying he is the only who can stop him.

-You have a point there but stamina mainly comes into play when he uses Susanoo and against Minato the highest he would need to go is V2, or he could possibly pull it off with V1.

-Oh, didn't know you used Prime Hiruzen, then yeah he's above Oro.
-We don't know the limits of Danzo's Mokuton nor has he shown the abilitiy to use Mokuton like Yamato, Obito, Madara and Hashirama have shown how. Also his binding won't be anywhere near the strength of Hashirama's, or probably even Yamato's, which means restraining him with Mokuton isn't going to work. And I forgot about Oro's Edo Tensei, if that's included then he is above Bee but without Edo Tensei he is definitely below him. He has no way to land any criticial injuries on Bee once he enters V2 or Full Bijuu and Bee's TBB will kill him if it hits since a far weaker 4-Tailed TBB would have killed him on impact. Him dodging it is unlikely since he didn't dodge Naruto's weaker smaller one and relied on Rashomon to take most but not all of the impact.

-Which takes prep, and with Bee's wide range moves like Eight Tailed Twists and Bijuu Dama or his V2 Cloak mode's speed and lariat Jiraiya will never get prep Frog Song before Bee kills him.
