1- Kabuto with edo tensei (includes between his summons edo madara and other 29 edos, NOBODY SOLOS THAT)
2- Current Orochimaru with edo tensei (4 edo kages INCLUDING EDO HASHIRAMA AT FULL POWER, only kabuto beats)
3- Hashirama (Well, i don't think we need a lot of explanation here, he's very strong)
4- EMS Madara with kyuubi (I count kyuubi as a part of madara's power, since he summoned and controlled him)
5- Obito with rinnengan (This obito is included with his summon GEDO MAZO, but no edo jins, since they're kabuto's)
6- BM Naruto ( His BM, Mixed with his will of fire gives him this spot, he has gotten uncredibly powerfull)
7- Nagato (This is nagato BEFORE HE USED gragon soul, we are talking about PRIME HEALTHY nagato)
8- EMS Sasuke (He hasn't showed a big change since MS, but he has a lot of durability now, that was his problem before)
9- MS Itachi (This is prime itachi, Totsuka sword and Yata mirror would put him higher if he could use susanoo more than 30 seconds lol)
10- Minato (Frog summons, Rasengan, quick reaction speed and high base speed, FTG and RDS)
11- Tobirama ( We still have to see a bit more of him, until now FTG and high chakra reserves give him this spot)
12- Muu (He can fly, he has no chakra and can't be sensed, and he has Jinton wich is > almost all defences)
13- Trollkage / 2nd mizukage (On par with muu, infinite explosions jutsu is hard to deal with)
14- 3rd Raikage: (He tied a fight with the hachibi, plus he has incredible speed feats and can tank RASENSHURIKEN)
15- MS Kakashi/ Killer Bee ( Kakashi has KAMUI HAX, Killerbee has BM HAX and in v2 mode he stomped taka)
