It's the Momoshiki and Kinshiki fused state that I'm referring to. Not just Momoshiki. And yeah, he's really the strongest. Not because he's stronger than everyone else, but because he has an ability to make everyone else weaker than him. Forcing them to use taijutsu (genjutsu and ninjutsu are ineffective) definitely put every other character below him since his physical parameters surpass everyone.
