6.Sanins are in the 5th/6th Tier
7.Jounins are in the 7th Tier.

momonshki would be above madara if you saw the movie. The massive gudodama he used on Naruto during exams was just too much.

I don't see how you put momoshiki and hamura over naruto and sasuke. I don't see kabuto and I think orochimaru should be higher.

Probably the best list so far. I think sasuke and naruto would be stronger than hamura is put them higher because we haven't seen any fears from him. I also think they are stronger than madara as well other than that I agree.

Why i put Hamura over Naruto and Sasuke: in order for N/S to defeat Kaguya they needed help from another demi god Kakashi(which isnt few) and also that lil help from Sakura. While Hamura and Hogo alone beat Kaguya.... and in the manga scans we can see Hamura still had Byakugan and not Tenseigan....

About Madara well i put Madara above them bc Maddy has both Body power(juubi jin) and Eye power(rinnegan,Rinne sharingan) while Naruto and sasuke only has 1 of them.... togather they win most likely but 1 on 1 they lose IMO

I understand your logic but I think adult naruto and sasuke should be stronger than both. I did say strongest ever btw lol good list nonetheless.

Hiruzen is dangerously close to Tsunade in overall combat, Byakugo allows her to tank plenty of attacks we have seen from Hiruzen, dare I even say his only hope would be RDS. She legit only needs one hit to put him down. Kakashi on the other hand :lol
