sasuke was the only one who could deactivate it because he runs chidori through his body which weakens him in the process. just having raiton is not enough. if kakashi put a raikiri in himself he dies anyway. even if c4s negated. no one except sauce would have any idea they are breathing in deadly bombs and all the while the endless tide of fodders is waiting just behind the cloud (i suppose the front row die)

sending the cloud in. deidara holds off on activating it till hes sure they've breathed it in, while retreating behind the fodder wall. obviously shinobis of this calibre know something is up and a few are swamped by the zetsu swarm coming from underneath their feet. gaara stays a distance away and starts turning the section into sand. assuming minato clears out the wave with FTG, 4th kazekage can take his kunais with magnet release. before anything else happens, the next wave comes. katsuyu attaches herself to the strong shinobis and restore chakra levels via tsunade who is restored herself by hundreds of fodder medics. its a constant inpour of chakra replenishing essentially. gaara withdraws his sandstorm as itd hurt the fodders. the mist stays. next wave of non fodders is seven swordsmen. in the safety of the mist they can take out jiraiya and hiruzen. since they would be constantly pressured by endless armies of fodder, thered be no time to split up and fire destructive jutsus. its suffocating. they kill 1 and 10 more arrive. and like with puppets, sasori and third kazekage can put iron particles in their throats. they wouldnt suspect anything as it is a magnetic chakra controlled sand but not chakra infused i dont think.
danzo can protect them alongside fodders by drawing fire and tanking with izanagi. tobi would recognise it and explain whats going on to whoevers not about to be overwhelmed in a sea of fodders. they try to redirect their attacks to danzo who begins shooting off fuuton bullets and trying to touch one of them to place them in curse seal. once stopped in movement, that member of top 20 is killed by kunais/samurai swords/zetsu mokuton. the rest stay back other than sasori.
so order goes mist and sandstorm with zetsu underground attack. then sasori chokes a few to death with iron sand particle blocking the windpipe as the 5 nations fodders + samurai (strong shinobis are at the very back, with tsunade healing anyone whos exerted power) + seven swordsmen attack. danzo is the next one to come and tobi redirects attacks to end his izanagi quickly. while thats happening, a few like jiraiya and 2nd hokage die. im sure the 20 kumo guys who took out 2nd are here in this endless tide. next wave assuming danzos 11 minutes runs out is fodder nation shinobi and deidara detonates C4. since so much battling has happened, sasuke forgot all about the C4 in his lungs. the noise of battle after all prevented the warnings from going out about the ability. team 2 commander shikaku orders C4 detonation. naruto, kisame, onoki, hashirama senju, minato, bee, kakashi, kabuto all disintegrate INSTANTLY

. may i have a round of applause? shikakus final move is dealing with C4 survivors. tobi and madara. maybe mu. bijuus all die. they need to breath (or roaring would be impossible) and can die at least temporalily especialyl being blown up at a cellular level.
he has a few methods for this. the amber pot making madara answer to his name and instantly locking him away. they'd have to call off the fodder tide or maybe talk to him telepathically via inoichi. madara probably knows about yamanaka but is kind of busy with zetsu armies. ino is snuck behind the lines using cover of mist. ao goes with her and tells her where madara is so she can do it the second the mist lifts. madara seems to be worried about sand attacks. hes been owned by it three times now. so with fodders along come the 4 sand users on a counterattack forming an absolutely gigantic tsunami. ino mind switches, madara answers to it, sealed for eternity.
tobi's lost everyone and is last man standing. he either dies of exhaustion from fodders or poison breath from hanzo.
taking out the three strongest is progress.
i dont get to decide whos on what team. the OP did. everyones and i mean everyones top 20is different.
he needs genjutsu for that. OP states he doesnt have six paths of tobi. all bijuus besides kurama and gyuki are fighting on their own without their jins. so they can probably be dealt with by sealing shinobis. mito, kushina, kin and gins rope and gourd, etc.
top tiers cant see shit (sandstorm, mist) and are being swamped by fodders coming from under their very feet with mayfly jutsu

your the one not understanding. deidaras not alone. hundreds of millions of people are heading that way to fight. i told you he used mist and sand as cover. theres no byakugan users in team 1 to warn them. a sharingan user wouldnt know wtf diedara was doing except sasuke but hes hardly in a position to warn everyone in the defeaning din of constant fighting for survival against hundreds of millions of fodder.
they have no reason to do all that. fine. deidara waits three days. 3 days of fighting nothing but fodder takes its hefty toll on supposed prime top tiers. no medics in their team is detrimental. i suppose nagato wouldnt want to waste precious chakra reviving the fallen. then deidara moves in under cover of mist and sandstorms.
meteors may hit him. they wont miss his OWN TEAM. meteors are onyl meant to be used when the user is an edo tensei and can survive it. that or deidara goes nuclear and mabui teleports deidara right in the meteor's face. the major members of team 2 are more than 10k away so they survive. half of team 1 cant. bijuudama i doubt is much of an option after say 3 days/a week of fodder waves. only madara cant lose chakra after all. if he tries soloing, real shinobis pounce with a yamanaka and amber pot. his stationary PS style is madaras undoing in the end.
