So I have a friend and he recently has been introduced to the anime world AOT being the first and only one he has started and caught up with he now randomly watches the new episodes of one piece and wanted to go back and see the most epic zoro fights because he's his favorite and luffy because he is the MC he doesn't show much interest in anyone else other than Franky and Brook because of their pervy ways but he wants to know about the power scale between them as well I didn't feel I could give the best explanation because the only real reference he'd understand would be from DBZ and I'm no expert on those characters but I have seen some people here explain it well enough and I gave him this basic layout

Robin/Chopper

He questioned the scale due to the recent episodes since he doesn't follow the manga so I don't know how to show him since sanji hasn't done anything amazing yet and my friend doesn't see him defeating anything like pica with just kicks so can i get some help to show him sanjis potential and the top two zoro luffy fights I should show him he has seen G4 so I was thinking pound-man and most definitely lucci but as for zoro I'm not so sure

My only argument is when the crew (Luffy, Zoro, Sanji and Franky) encountered Perona, and they could do nothing, but only Usopp can defeat her. How serious is the negative hollow? I wonder if it got tested on serious people like Akainu.

He didn't exactly beat her through strength though. Usopp's opponents are usually weak, but with extremely dangerous powers, Like Sugar and of course, Perona. Just because he's weak, that doesn't make him useless.

Well for starters the entire order that both of them were introduced as straw hats was mainly about her secondly her reputation thirdly her Bounty for 3 her power Trump's both speed and strength

Frankie can't beat Robin in fights because Robin the powers can't be beat by someone else without the tricky power she has been shown to outclass anyone with purely based speed or purely base strength so unless your powers revolver on something other than just being big or strong you cannot beat her and Frankie with all his lasers and Fire and all the other little cool tricks in tac he has they are still projection of his body which can very easily be manipulated and has been shown to have been manipulated in The Last Arc X Senor pink
The only reason that she in my opinion is bested by Sanjeev Zorro Luffy is because of haki

True but when does he defeat anyone through strength other than Mr 4 if I'm remembering correctly he user his balloon hammer with something in it his main fighting style revolves around his kabuto so to judge him based only on physical strength is wrong if that's the case chopper is stronger than robin

He didn't beat Mr 4 with strength either. He tricked him into taking out Miss Merry Christmas, then threw a normal hammer at him. I suppose you could say throwing the Hammer was brute strength, but Miss Merry Christmas was the one giving him trouble, not Mr 4.
