I don't think you understand. amaterasu is nearly instant. do you really think that nagato is fast enough to use shinra tensei before he gets hit. you are right killing nearly all in the village makes him the strongest ever. NO. he killed alot of chunins and some jounins but he also had problems doing that. not like minato who just killed a hole platoon of ninjas to times with out a scrath. and pain fought nine tails half charkra in the six tailst form, sorry to say. and you say nagato owned bee and naruto, yeah he had them both in a grip and than he was avoided, after that he was owned. not like minato in one move he landed a rasengan, removed the nine tails of tobi control and cut his hand of. actually doing the pain invasion konohameru owned on of the pains.

itachi had to save naruto and bee if it was not for him naruto and bee would of been goon. yes nagato can get away from amaterasu A did it against sasuke and nagato speed is a be to keep up with the 9tail in 6tail form so i put money that he can get away from amaterasu. also itachi charka drop when ever he uses one of the three eye techiques so nagato will out last him.
If i'm not wrong wasn't it one of nagatos path. And didn't the sixtails form kick pain around until chibaku tensei. And the fourth raikage was able to dodge amaterasu at full power, so I don't think that nagato can react to amaterasu. Actually nagato could not even react to totsuka sword.

Not sure about that... up to now, we only know it can be sealed or put out with blaze release.
Amaterasu is said to burn anything it touches and isn't just like normal techniques.
We do know it can be repelled by Nagato, but absorbing would only be an assumption

dude totsuka sword it was a three on one fight nagato was focus on bee and naruto and itachi took advantage of that moment to use the sword we are not talking about a 3 on 1 we are talking about 1 on 1 fight facts nagato out run the 6tail spped is nothing.I want to know how is itachi going to last long when nagato has more charka and stamina also everytime itachi using a MS techique his charka drop and eyes start to go blind.answer how he can last when nagato charka,stamina,and jutsu knowledge>itachi?

i agree that nagato would probably not react fast enough to amaterasu, but nagato has a few trump cards of his own. so its hard to figure out who wuold really win without them goin one on one.
