He can't summon Karuma guy....that was a one time deal, and he hasn't shown ANY Rinnegan abilities other than the known shared vision....

And Jiraiya was stronger than Oro, Oro just had a lot of jutsu at his disposal....

He stated he could use the human path. Therefore we can conclude he can use all of them. And I dont see why it would only be a one time deal, if he can summon Kurama once, why not twice.

I agree Jman > Orochimaru, but only in SM. And it took him so long to get into SM vs Pain that I believe Oro could beat him before he can get in SM

Here's my opinion on the top 15 as of the present and please feel free to criticize and explain to me why you think I'm either right or wrong....I am basing this off of everything I've read in the Manga and watched on the show....however I am not a hardcore fan just a fan so if you see that I made a mistake in knowledge then again please point it out to me:

1. Sage of Six Paths (I'm not really going to explain this one....seems like most people feel this way too)
2. Hashirama [It's always referenced that he was the strongest shinobi in history next to the SO6P and I put him before Madara since he did win the battle against Madara and Kurama (after being summoned). Plus, since he's a direct descendant of the SO6P's younger son he has that incredible physical energy]
3. Madara (As it has been stated he was the first to awaken the MS and also the EMS. He was Hashirama's ultimate rival which I believe speaks volumes about his abilities and strength. He also awakened the Rinnegan before he died as stated when he revealed it in his Edo state and that gives him all the incredible powers like the Shinra Tensei and Chibaku Tensei to name a few. He still has the ability to use the Susanoo with the Rinnegan and I notice a lot of people differ on their opinion of the Susanoo.....I'm not going to oversell it like a lot of fans do....but I do believe it falls under a high ranking and formidable jutsu though)
4. Tobi [Since Kishi hasn't revealed the true identity of Tobi yet I'm going to rank him as an individual for now. I think that Tobi is actually a very skillful tactician and along with his ability to travel through space/dimensions (or whatever you want to call it) makes him a very dangerous and lethal shinobi. And now that he has both the Sharingan and Rinnegan with the Gedo Statue and the power of the 1-7 tailed beasts I believe he deserves a high rank like #4]
5. Itachi (I know I'm going to hear shit for this one but I'm ranking Itachi this high because he is one of the best tacticians I've seen in the series and extremely intellectual/knowledgeable which helps him to beat opponents that are stronger than him. I think his knowledge of both Izanagi and Izanami and his ability to use at least one of them are a testament to Itachi's knowledge of both his clan's and his own abilities which is crucial in a battle. He also has the MS along with the two formidable jutsus Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi and the ability to use the Susanoo with both the legendary sealing sword and mirror shield that is said to be able to block any attack)
6. Minato (Now Minato is very weak in regards to physical strength, but what I feel makes him a high rank on this list is the fact that he is also a brilliant tactician and along with his legendary speed and his knowledge of sealing techniques he can win against most shinobi by just using his knowledge of when and how to strike)
7. Naruto [Before I would have ranked Naruto lower but now that he is able to enter Bijuu Mode is both very fast and powerful (even though he can't use if for long it is still effective and formidable). Along with his various arsenal of techniques and abilities all of which are very useful and formidable he is also very random and at times unpredictable which gives him the element of surprise along with effectiveness]
8. Nagato (With the Rinnegan and all the powers it offers along with being a decent tactician I believe Nagato could hold his own and even beat anyone listed below)
9. Muu (With his Atomic Particle Dismantling jutsu and ability of being undetectable by sensory types I believe Muu is the greatest amongst the Earth type Shinobi.....and definitely earn him a place on this list as #9)
10. Sasuke (When he finally got the powers of the MS he finally started putting up better fights. Since he's always activating the Susanoo he has a very good defense and using the Amaterasu all the time as well he has ONE of the strongest physical attacks. Also he has increased his knowledge and abilities with lightening techniques exponentially such as: Chidori Nagashi, Kirin, and the ability to shape his Chidori. I know people think Sasuke is gay.....I think so too a little bit but I think he is still a step above Kabuto though....purely due to the fact that he has Susanoo and Amaterasu which is the only reason he is still alive right now) 11. Bee (Since he is the perfect Jinchuriki and with the power of the 8-tails he can cause some serious destruction with sheer brute force)
12. Guy (With the 7th gate open he really put on a good show of power and speed. I believe if he were to open the 8th gate he would be much higher on this list but since Kishi hasn't unveiled the 8th gate and It's potential yet I will only base my ranking on him with the 7th gate open)
13. Kabuto (Now that he has taken on Orochimaru's powers and learned SM he very formidable in a physical aspect, and though a bit swayed by emotion he fights cleverly)
14. A (Simply because of his speed and strength due to lightening augmentation I feel he could beat most others)
15. Kakashi (I know he seems way out of place but Kakashi is good at hiding during a battle to find a good opening, but the main reason I put him on here was his ability to use Kamui faster and more accurately now. In the show when he was using it on the missile that Pain shot at Chouji he used Kamui with pin-point accuracy and much faster than when he did with Deidara. And that is my reason for putting him on here)

Seeing where u put Kabuto, I can guess u are not counting Edo, right???
Kakashi shouldnt be in here (the Sannin and others are better)
The 3rd Raikage is definitely missing. Judging by his armor and attack, he should be ranked > Bee
Non-Edo Madara should not be third. Judging by his fights, his MS techniques are worse than Itachi's. I would place him on par with Sasuke, definitely not third.
Finally, I believe Tobi > Hashirama but this is arguable.
Other than that, pretty good ranking

3....Gaara saved Sasuke....A was going for the kill, and had Gaara not stepped in (PLOT) he wouldn't be here today....he only survived because of Zetsu and Tobi stepping in....

4....That too was a plot.....that was a "gimme"....Come on now, Oro was sickly and desperate to get Sasukes' body....(PLOT)....If Oro can defend against a 4 tailed uncontrolled kyuubi cloaked Naruto....I'm sure that Oro handling Sasuke without MS wouldn't be a problem.....besides...he got a small taste of what it's like to fight a sharingan user when Itachi paralyzed him with genjutsu....

5.....again Itachi was sickly, STILL had chakra to protect himself in Susanoo to dodge Kirin and could've killed Sasuke (PLOT).....

Notice that PLOT seems to save him a lot....the only good fight we've seen outta Sasuke and Blaze Release kinda showed it to me....was with deidara....

Edo Itachi is stronger than Sasuke. Ems Sasuke beats healthy Itachi thouth.
