Kishi says very clearly throughout the storyline that hiruzen prime was a powerful character and is most probably better then most of the ppl on the list

First bold: Orochimaru surpassed Tobirama's edo tensei. Kabuto surpassed Oros. So, no.

Second bold: Ems Sasuke > healthy Itachi. However, Ems Sasuke = or < edo Itachi. Itachi would've lost by now against Kabuto without infinate chakra.

1. Tobirama didn't mastered Edo tensei himself cause he saw the evil nature of it.
He knew the technique inside out, don't argue about this. His Edo tensei would have been stronger and oro merely added a talisman to his edos. Kabuto needed oro's chakra to be able to control his edos.

I wouldn't give Tobi Kurama. I don't remember him having a contract seal with the Kyuubi. And it seems any Uchiha can put a bijuu under genjutsu.
I would remove had tailed beasts and the Kurama bit from Hashirama and it seems to be in the nature of mokuton to supress bijuu chakra.
Tobi switches spots with Kabuto
Minato moves directly above Jiraiya
Hiruzen moves above Orochimaru
Orochimaru moves down one just for the sake of the sannin staying together as The sannin have the same power level so they can be separated.
I would take Tobi's paths as they are in fact edo tensei's
I would take mokuton from Madara as that is edo-Madara
Lower Madara
I would take away Sasuke's curse mark as that is now gone as his snake summons.
Itachi has Izanami not Izanagi

Eh. I disagree with a lot of it but it's not bad I guess. Hashirama should be higher up. Sasuke should be lower. A few other things.

He can't summon Karuma guy....that was a one time deal, and he hasn't shown ANY Rinnegan abilities other than the known shared vision....

And Jiraiya was stronger than Oro, Oro just had a lot of jutsu at his disposal....

Dude WTH how did Sasuke get a higher position than Itachi, that is a bit messed up. Itachi to me seems to be at the same position or a bit more stronger than Kabuto (IMO)
