Why is Nagato 9th? Or Hashirama above Naruto, Tobi? Nagato is barely stronger than bm Naruto. Minato is wayyy to overated.

I said Kabuto had two summons. I never said who they were. They're jonin level nins. Madara is stronger.

How is Sasuke not on your list? He's stronger than healthy Itachi, much stronger than Kisame, he fought A without a full powered susanoo and A still needed Gaara's help, Jiraiya's isn't there yet, and Oonoki is barely stronger than Deidara. SO he fails.

i agree with it but neither naruto or nagato can beat hashirama and minato is not stronger than sasuke after those corrections i would not have put it any other way

Well, Naruto chakra mode is barely weaker than Minato. Full biju mode outdoes Hashirama, a bit. Nagato is just a bad match-up for hashirama.

I have to disagree with some of these simply from what has already happen.
Naruto has already defeated Nagato and that was before he gained KM and BM, the three Sannin were defeated by Hanzo, Mifune defeated Sannin, Sasuke has always had luck on his side in his fights everyone was sick or holding back, Itachi he has proven himself over and over being able to handle many situations without and difficulty but there was a reason he never took on Tobi, Madara from what we are seeing with mukoton is EDO so i don't count them. Here is my list

3. Naruto (kurama, sage mode, BM, Toad Summon, Rasenshuriken)
4. Nagato (rinnegan, six paths)

6. Minato(speed, outdid no rinnegan tobi+Kurama)
7. Itachi (ms, izanagi, summons crows)
8. B (eight tails + Kenjutsu)
9. Kabuto (sage mode, edo tensei)
10. Sasuke (ems, hawks,)
11. Mei Terumī (Boil, lava, and mastered 5 different nature types) (melted Susanoo)

This is wrong

Minato =/> Itachi (Hard to say be a high level fight but Itachi would be blind)
Minato >>>> Sasuke low difficulty (What has Sasuke really done?)
Minato > 3rd Raikage (3rd Raikage couldn't catch Minato)
Minato > Mu High Difficulty (Simply because if he gets marked there is no stopping Minato on him even if he was to fly)
