Eh. I disagree with a lot of it but it's not bad I guess. Hashirama should be higher up. Sasuke should be lower. A few other things.

I wouldn't have Hiruzen because again, we are ONLY speculating what his prime is.

It was one measly sentence, and yet people still feel the need to rank him on a strength we haven't seen. I don't think the list is terrible.

To give an unbiased view on Sasuke and Itachi, I think they should switch places as we do not know what Sasuke can do with EMS quite yet. I used to fully believe that it gave a new jutsu, but now I'm bordering on it not giving a new jutsu. Until we see anything, than Itachi is a bit stronger still I'm afraid, especially since he's more intelligent.

Also...

When did Minato EVER outdo Kurama? He DIED to protect Konoha from Konoha AND to give Kurama to his son. If you ask me, Kurama won, seeing as Kurama is an immortal entity that will revive itself once it's Jinchuuriki died. If Naruto dies in a forest and nobody finds his body, eventually Kurama will rip himself out of Naruto's body. Minato on the other hand, cannot come back. He's gone.

I feel as though Danzo should be on the list as well. The fact that he had two handicaps against Sasuke (being conserving chakra for Tobi, and couldn't use Shisui's eye), he did quite well and possibly could have even beaten Sasuke.

I disagree with a lot of these.....Tobi only manipulated the 9 tails....he didn't have his power....

We never saw Hashi with tailed beast.....
Speculation of Hiruzens Prime doesn't count.....

A few others I see aren't quite right...but these aren't my top 15 so....good job I guess...

I wouldn't give Tobi Kurama. I don't remember him having a contract seal with the Kyuubi. And it seems any Uchiha can put a bijuu under genjutsu.
I would remove had tailed beasts and the Kurama bit from Hashirama and it seems to be in the nature of mokuton to supress bijuu chakra.
Tobi switches spots with Kabuto
Minato moves directly above Jiraiya
Hiruzen moves above Orochimaru
Orochimaru moves down one just for the sake of the sannin staying together as The sannin have the same power level so they can be separated.
I would take Tobi's paths as they are in fact edo tensei's
I would take mokuton from Madara as that is edo-Madara
Lower Madara
I would take away Sasuke's curse mark as that is now gone as his snake summons.
Itachi has Izanami not Izanagi
Sasuke still hasn't shown the skill to surpass Itachi

no point in putting so6p and madara is so powerful only cause of hashi dna and edo tensei. Tobi has never shown MS.

If you put kabuto cause of edo tensei put tobirama also. He was the creator of the tech and chose to abandon it only cause he saw how evil it was.
tobirama could probabaly use edo tensei better than kabuto

The Sharingan can't track teleportation....the moment either one of them engage in hand to hand with Minato because they know nothing of who he is of what he's bringing to the table....that's why they'll lose...Minato is smarter than both Itachi and definitely smarter than Sasuke....he's waaaaay more of a battlefield tactician and strategist than both of them put together....and frankly.....neither of them have nothing to counter his S/T jutsu.....period...
