Yes it does hiruzen was only hyped by fodder but hashi was hyped by strong people and i can't make the list vertical because i am using my phone

WHy are Itachi and madara edo? They don't come that way. I think you should change that and then we are talking. Plus take Tobirama off the list. He not shown the skill or produced the hype to make top 15, maybe top 20
