Naruto couldn't even summon Gamabunta without Kyubbi chakra and even still Gaara is still above him since he can enter Shukaku mode which is stronger than a boss summon.

you forgot narutos ability to control the fox chakra which is a key factor for him also lee never Carys around alcohol as he is under age so drunken fist shouldnt be there also naruto never had rasengan in the chunin exam

Gaara was honestly unbeatable....He honestly should have crushed Naruto instantly after he caught him like the two Rain Genin.

Neji constantly best Lee so he is next....no one else can really beat Lee IMO at this time.

Naruto was stronger than Sasuke at this point with his back up chakra network

So he really fought gaara 1 on 1? He had help from sasuke and sakura in that battle. He fought Neji 1 on 1 and won with the help of kuramas chakra and underrating by neji himself. Take away nejis underrating and he would have lost even with kuramas chakra.

Not really, Sasuke was on the sidelines the whole time and Sakura was being crushed by Gaara's sand so they were no help to him. Wheither it's Kurama's chakra or not it's part of him meaning it's not considered help and Neji had no knowledge on Naruto having the Kyuubi that's why he was underrating him, in most fights the opponents have no knowledge on their opponent so Naruto won a legit fight if your trying to say it wasn't legit.

Even with kuramas chakra, Neji only lost because he turned off his byakugan at the last second believeing the fight to have ended.

Neji would beat most people just like Lee gaara and sasuke could. Naruto beat a few people, but its not like he can beat as many as the ones listed above.
