Hagoromo's Bro was shown just in 1 Panel. (we have no idea how strong he really is)
But i think he would be under Hagoromo.
Guy with 8 Gates would be under Obito.(but its only 1 Time Power and even than he dies after the Fight)
I don't see Naruto and Sasuke at the same Level. The dominance of Sasuke is over.
Naruto has Ashura Power - all Bijuus + there FEATS - Onmyoton - Sennin Mode of Hagoromo....Sasuke has no chance.
Clearly he has shown some storng feats against Madara (but it has not even hurt him

And we all here know that Madara will give some *****LAPS with his both Eyes.
