1. Juubidara is stronger than Juubito because he has more Bijuu power inside him (all of Gyuki + half of Kurama).
2. Kabuto has an army of Edos which includes Rinnegan Madara with Hashirama's jutsu. If we don't count that, then he still has DSM giving him reflexes good enough to dodge Sasuke's Susano arrow, Suigetsu's technique which makes him immune to Taijutsu, the ability to give life to the Earth, can't be affected by visual genjutsu, has Kimmimaro's Kekkei Genkai, has Tayuya's flute genjutsu, has the ability to blind and stun his opponents and is very fast.
3. Nagato > Hiruzen and Itachi (maybe Tobirama but that's debatable and I'm leaning towards Tobirama because of intelligence).

Obito wasn't even a fight, Obito took the necessary chakra and ran away to the kamui dimension with Naruto. Kakashi just used Kamui to open up a place in Madara's defense for Gai to get a hit. Naruto and his fight just got started so you can't say who won or who lost. Plus you forget he merked Minato, Kakashi, and Gaara effortlessly.
