1 - Hashirama/Obito .
2 - Obito/Hashirama
3 - EMS Madara
4 - Naruto Uzumaki
5 - Sasuke Uchiha
6 - DSM Kabuto
7 - Nagato Uzumaki
8 - Itachi Uchiha/Minato Namikaze
9 - Minato Namikaze/Itachi Uchiha
10 - Kakashi Hatake

Obito is a definite number one, and I personally believe you should switch Nagato and Kabuto around. Nevertheless, very nice list.

Obito's Kamui can be countered by Hashirama's Wood clones though , I'm not so sure . I really think that Kabuto can beat Nagato .

Why wouldn't Obito be number 1? Hashirama admitted to being weaker than him when he fused with the Juubi. You're top 10 is pretty close to mine with the exception of Kakashi. There are quite a few ninja who I believe are higher than Kakashi. Like Bee, Muu and other kages.

Kakashi is definite top ten material. He's not in my top ten personally, but he'd give my #10 a high difficulty fight, if not killing them. It isn't illogical.

Gaara is my favorite character and I used to overrate him a ton. Current Gaara without a Biju to increase his defensive and offensie capabilities falls behind Kisame and Bee... especially Kisame. Gaara is top 15 in my opinion. Although, I do firmly believe that everyone in the top 15 could give numbers 9 and 10 a run for their money.

About Gaara's ability.. I understand what you're saying. But I doubt such a thing would happen to Kakashi Hatake, especially with his Sharingan.
