Dual Ms doesn't make him stronger than other Indra avatars and Kamui shuriken hasn't shown anything indicating it'd be quick enough to catch Minato who is also a better strategist than Kakashi(as good as he was) We've never seen Gaara or Naruto at their "best possible" either; Gaara's a kid, when he's Kakashi's current age who knows how strong he'll be...same for Naruto.

When did he get Rikudou chakra again, I could be confused but I thought you had to be an avatar of Indra or Ashura? Also you only said Double MS. Hashi has Rikudou chakra as well being an avatar of Indra so again how is Kakashi better than Hashi? They both would have Rikudo chakra and Hashi's base is higher than Kakashi's base therefor he'd still be higher.

Oro as a whole is better than Kabuto. Kabuto got nice perks from Juugo, Suigetsu and Karin but A. still doesn't show anything better than Oro's skin shedding and B. What makes you think if Kabuto with Oro's DNA could integrate their genes that Oro couldn't have as well? Kabuto didn't pass his master.

Also No, not trolling, Kakashi even with rikudou chakra and Double MS isn't stronger than Hashi with Rikudou chakra and there was nothing in the manga to imply it either. You look at it simply you can see, Hahshi>Kakashi in base so 1=1 = RC Hashi>RC Kakashi, if one was better before and they both got equivalent power-ups then they're still in the same boat.
