Tobirama is definatly top 10.

Sasori is a perfect counter to any genjutsu user. Plus if he even scratches you, you will die. Everyone underestimates him because he let Chiyo and Sakura kill him.

The only feat he has with that jutsu is wounding Izuna. We still haven't seen him in a real fight, he was obviously powerful because he was hokage, but saying he is stronger than someone else now is to early.

He can use Edo, which means opponent is dead unless he can seal.
More renown for Suiton than his FTG. Must mean his Suiton is fairly good.
Has pretty good FTG.
His fight with Hiruzen was at about half power. Imagine his jutsu at full power.

Sasori is just a beast.
Has 298 human puppets that he can switch in and out of.
All of them come prepped with Poison making for 1hit KO.
Has Water and Fire scrolls for jutsu w/o seals.
Bodys have KKG's, use their own chakra so Sasori does not get tired.
Sasori is immune to genjutsu.
Iron Sand is OP.

How are these beasts not in top 10s.
