A top ten list without Kushina isn't a top ten list IMO.

Kushina is the strongest female by feat. After giving birth, and getting Kyubi extracted from her, she still had enough power to block a raging Kyubi, erect a barrier even Sandaime couldn't break, and was about to reseal Kyubi in her if not Minato's disagreement. Naruto on the other side collapsed instantly when he only has half of the beast in him on the contrary of her having full Kyubi back then.

Karin's weaker chain version was capable to destroy a mini-Shinsuusenju, so i can't even tell how strong Kushina's chains are. And since she was Kyubi's Jinchuriki, she had Bijuu level destructive capacity as well. Kyubi even mentioned she was the only one capable to control his chakra since Naruto. She is also the one who taught Minato all his sealing techniques. I think Kushina is heavily underrated

1 where was it stated Karin's chains were weaker?
2 as for surviving the extraction... it's a nice feat but nothing more than an extraordinary amount of life force/stamina/chakra... it isn't saving her from getting bisected / genjutsud / stabbed in the brain / decapitated / blowed into pieces via a bijuudama / since she isn't cooperating with Kurama even a single 3t genjutsu can be a finisher so even Mikoto might shit on her

I'd like to exclude Fuu and Yugito since they were under Obito's control when they used TBB and we have no feats of Fuu, while Yugit used a fire ball when it was a perfect opportunity for a TBB.
Having said that imo:
