i know these threads are mad everyday but i made some new enemies and i would like to see theres anyways ill give mine with reason
10. Minato ftg rasengan great sealing techs smart analist
9. 3rd raikage lighting armor v1 body is practically indistructable can took down kage level shinobi with 2 fingers
8. A lighting armor v2 v1 would have beat minato if bee wouldnt have steped in basically him in 3rd raikage were equals but if it comes down to who runs out of chakra 1st A has tailed beast chakra so it certainly isnt him
7. Onoki/Muu they basically have all the same techs dust release evaporate anythings it catches they have the best earth techs and can fly
6 Itachi/Hashirama itachi is the best genjutsu user next to shisui has yata mirror and totsuka blade susanoo amaterasu smart and great analist.
hashirama has mokuton wood release and mokuton clones i put him 6 with itachi because madara has shown no genjutsu feats nor amaterasu and this would be very usefull in a fight between the to and we cannot assume he can use his techs like edo madara he is edo its grants you some type of chakra boost so thats why he is 6.
5. sasuke ems he has perception genjutsu which makes you see things that arnt really there used it on kage lvl oppnents susanoo with amaterasu shurikens amaterasu susanoo arrow amaterasu blade chidori stream kirin and has enton release and blaze relase smart and analist
4. nagato rinnegan shira tensei bashin tensho gedo mazo human path preta path deva path chiabku tensei animal path etc. would have killed km naruto and killerbee at the same time
