nope tsunade, temari, tayuya, and sakura are all above anko and kushina, anko has nothing of relevance and kushina's only known abilities is the chakra chains and they are used to subdue large targets, even karins small chakra chains went after the spiral zetsu's buddha statue and not spiral zetsu himself ... also its arguably that tsunade can beat fuu and yugito since neither are perfect jins and tsunade needs only her monstrous strength and and her 100 healings to fight them she could absolutely beat them with brute strenght, im aware all kage can beat a bijuu...


alos konan should be number one she can pick mei apart from long distance, mei only has a chance in a close range fight, and tayuya's sound genjutsu affects anyone except kabuto and suigetsu and the 2nd mizukage because they can allow the sound to pass through their liquefied body and temari beat it with her wind.....
