Mm, it's so obvious, really. Full powered Natsu would beat everyone, but not Gildarts or Makarov (maybe not, because Natsu has the potential to hurt him badly, since he was able to beat down the second master who defeated Makarov).

Natsu + Gajeel could solo the whole guild (minus Erza,Laxus and Gildarts and Makarov) , they aren't even OPblessed with godlike magic...dat op characters
Lucy can solo the whole guild (minus everyone who is stronger than her), she isn't even OP.
