Doffy is just below admiral level , no doubt he will progress into the top 10 , but he is currently a long way off top 10 , top 20 is where he stands

I think after he is beaten in this saga, he'll just remain in the same level until EoS. So he may never be Top 10.

I feel like Kizaru is either stronger or equal to Aokiji.

Not sure where to put Shiki/Kong and **** the Gorosei. Don't think BB has grown enough to beat any admiral/yonko over the 2 years but he's in the same tier as them.

You greatly underestimate Garp.

You overate Sengoku.

You overate BB since he ain't Top 15 IMO.

And the Gorosei could (individually) destroy BB.

Good lists but I think if you are going to include characters like Big Mam and Kaidou who are no doubt powerful but whose powers have not been shown...then you should also include Kong and the Gorosei in your list. I know it's a lot harder to speculate their power but I figure Kong is just as strong as any of the admirals if not stronger. I mean he is the Commander in Chief.
Also I feel Rayleigh should be higher, I mean he was the first mate of the pirate king and was able to fight on par with an admiral in his old age. Plus I have always seen Garp and Whitebeard as equals since they are both rivals of the pirate king and I feel Dragon will be similar in power to his father at his peak and that Shanks will be pretty much at this same power level.
