There's a clear difference to being given eyes permanently as gifts or whatever and looking after a set temporarily.

oooh boy dude edit this^^ post.you title said best/strongest user(s) it doesn't matter if borrowed or not.for instance you challeged me on a bike race(timing race), i have no bike so we discided we should use yours since the race is base on timing not who gets to the finish line first.so you started and finished your lap in 1min then gave your bike to me,i start mine too and finished in 56 sec.it clear i won. how would you say you won just cause i used your bike? nagato used it till death it didn't look temporal.it funny how you guys always underrate characters with lame excuses.

The only reason Madara loaned Nagato his eyes was to revive him in the future. The only reason Obito has one of his eyes is to revive him. So if you're going to exclude Nagato, you also have to exclude Obito or put him lower on the list because his dojutsu skills do not surpass kakashi's. Why is Sasuke above Itachi. Sasuke can't even use Izanami or Izanagi. Even Danzo could. Where is Shisui? Izuna? How do we know that Izuna's MS is stronger than or even as strong as Itachi's or Sasuke's MS?

How is Danzo before Kakashi? Although their stamina to maintain their doujutsus differentiates Kakashi has alot more mastery over the sharingan than Danzo. Shisui's eye was wasted on Danzo.
