Well they were almost equal to SSJ Gohan prior to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber & Dabura is only slightly stronger than SSJ Gohan. In Dragonball usually after training the fighters come back many of time stronger. So there you go.

Piccalo - dunno if he's better than a SS1 but is def a lot smarter than the two below
