as far as physical strength I think the Gai that punched a mile deep hole(okay it might not have been that deep, but still ridiculously deep) with only the air pressure from his punch takes this physical strength contest (I'm assuming physical strength with their own physical bodies).

He destroyed obito's hideout with one swing, and that's raw strength, he also lifted sakura with one hand
