Top 10 strongest characters, as from chapter 652.

No tailed beasts, no Sage Of Six Paths or his sons, since we don't know anything about them really. Juubito does count though it looks like he has lost his power know.

1. Juubito. I don't need to explain.
2. Madara Uchiha(Current). since he lost to Hashirama, he has gained the Rinnegan and Wood Style. And it seems as tho he plays around with Hashirama at the moment.
3. Hashirama Senju (The God Of Shinobi).
4. Naruto Uzumaki. Sage Bijuu Mode........
5. Sasuke Uchiha. EMS, crazy Susanoo and crazy Amaterasu abillities.
6. Minato Namikaze. Even without Nine Tails Mode, he would be number 6 on my list, that guy owns.
7. Itachi Uchiha-Tobirama Senju. Badass shinobis.
8. Kakashi Hatake. he is a nightmare for peoble who can't teleport, are fast or have some sort of shield.
9. Nagato Uzumaki-Might Guy. Nagato has Rinnegan and he can use it well. The reason why I put Guy on the list is because of the GATES....
10. Kabuto-Hiruzen. Kabuto is amazingly strong, Hiruzen= THE PROFESSOR <3 =D

-Kakashi shouldn't be on there let alone above Nagato, and Gai shouldn't be here let alone on par with Nagato.

-Hiruzen shouldn't be on here nor is he on par with Kabuto, who should be below Sasuke and Nagato but above Minato and Itachi. Tobirama's place on par with Itachi can be acceptable.

Actually kakashi can counter all rinnegan abilities. thats why obito didnt use them. he didnt want to waste chakra.. but kakashi still loses

When creating a top 10 you use character's at there strongest point never there current point man. (Unless there current is there strongest.)

Otherwise Nagato, Itachi, Madara etc cannot be in top 10 because they are currently deceased.
