Any list w/o Sasuke is a complete joke. Sasuke's feats against Momoshiki put him in the top five.

It doesn't matter if his striking power was coming from speed or physical strength, it was striking power nonetheless. Step one of Evening Elephant puts him far above anyone else. Sakura/Tsunade can't even come close to replicating the punch that put Madara in the ground.
