Top 10 Shinobi without Sharingan, Rinnegan and Hashirama

We are know how the usual top ten looks when the Doujutsu users and Hashirama take the most places under the the top 10, what is very boring.

So in this case, let us make a difference.

Tell me you Top 10 with the following restrictions.

All users of the Sharingan, MS, EMS and Rinnegan are out of the question. Also Hashirama Senju is out of the question.

So now im interested in your top 10.

How did Haku get trolled? He was up agaisnt Sharingan, which is IMO the strongest KKG in the manga, and the only reason he died is cause Zabuzza was about to get owned by Kakashi, so Haku did a brilliant thing and protected his master.
