With haku's natural speed, and awesome bloodline jutsu, he had a lot of potential. If he didn't have good ol zabuza holding him back, and had the same caliber training naruto and sauce got, the sky is the limit

Peak? Every character can be enhanced beyond what they are now. Kishi just needs to put in few panels and they could be top ten next chapter. But not every power up can be logical. Thus, if these characters were powered up, it would make sense and they might be able to be in the top ten. Get it?

no, the majority of them are old and past their peaks, when u get old u dnt improve, onoki is the only exception, adding panel time is not the same a adding more jutsu to their arsenal, because apnel time would just show the same jutsu over and over and we knw exactly what they can do, the only exception to that is the 3rd raikage because he had black lightning but never showed it...i think u have your words mixed up, i think u mean to say more hype/feats other than potential because potential is something shown when much younger, what your saying about panel time means u mean more feats and not potential....
