Nagato said in early pt 2 Kisame had the most chackra in the akutsuki so no. BM Minato and BSM Naruto have more chackra then hashirama. The right translation paraphrased was the volume of chackra given out was similar to his. They did not give probally even 10% of there chackra so hashirama has much less. Keep in mind naruto was low on chackra from feeding people chackra and micro managing for a day. Hashirama was out fresh.

He fought from bee and naruto until now, the fight must of lasted like a day or two.

Do you have the right translation? And he didn't say he had the most chakra, he said he has a large amount of chakra even for Akatsuki standards. [

Hashirama is way above Naruto/Minato, he and Madara fought for days with mountain sized jutsus/summons.

Kisame is the tailless tailed beast, I'm not really sure if he is below Naruto or not. We never saw him running out of chakra because Gai finished him before that, we don't know his limit.
