Agreed, it depends on your opponent, like Guy vs Kisame, Guy beat him because he used attacks that Kisame wasn't expecting at all, since he was expecting a chakra-based attack, but it was just a simple punch.

I did not mention madara or zetsu, cause we HAVE NOT SEEN there powers yet. so I don't think it's too smart to put someone in the list, if you don't know what powers does he/she has!

you may ask where is sasuke... that guy does not have ANY teqnique of his own. everything he achieved was thanks to gifts given to him by other shinobi. to my mind he is not worthen to be in the top 10

I'm not so sure about the third one. I mean 1st Hokahe is way stronger than Nagato Sarutobi or even Minato. But that's your list dude

hey the 1st was hailed as the strongest b4 the village system and had several bijuu so of course he was unrivaled. But sarutobi was a God among ninja one doesn't get that title for hype and i don't see anyone else get a flee on sight order against them so that can't be for all hype on Minato's part. but as you said to each his own

Okay, I am going to give my top 10 shinobi who are living, or have died recently. (so no hokages or SO6P)

1. Naruto (because of 9-tailed cloak and sage mode)
2. Sasuke (because of EMS)
3. Nagato (because of Rinnegan)
4. Itachi (because of MS and he's a genius)
5. Jiraiya (because of sage mode)
6. Kisame (because of Shark mode)
7. Killerbee (because of Hachibi)
8. Kakashi (because of sharingan mastery and MS)
9. Konan (because she exploded half of Tobi with one move)
10. Shikamaru (because of his amazing intelligence

I realize i didn't include zetsu or tobi, but I removed anyone who hasn't shown their full powers yet.

WHAT DOES HIS EMS INCLUDE, how could you make him second on ur list while you even don't know what his power is ffs

does ems have any special abiities beside keeping you from going blind

maybe you will get a 1/2/3 other ability's but as far as I know the main ability is that you won't go blind so if you had a enorm chakra reserve as naruto, you could spam susanoo all the way, but this little ****** needed karin for fights and she's captured now
