Terrible. Edo Madara doesn't exist as it's Kabuto's power.

So? Even if it was normal Madara it would only put him 3rd place and Hashi second.

just cause he can use ftg markings, doesn't mean he can beat itachi and bee.
the ability to mark by itself isn't impressive. it's how it's used, what makes it OP.
tobiramas ftg usage is basic and therefore not a difference maker.

Not it definitely means that he could beat Bee. And Itachi can't use Tsukuyomi on him because he is a sensor and doesn't need to look him in the eye. Also since he has FTG Amaterasu is also useless. Edo Itachi surely beats Tobirama because he has the advantage of not going blind and also being able to seal Tobirama with his totsuka sword. But if they were not edo's... I don't see Itachi winning. But again it's my opinion and we all have different opinions.
