Top 10 Ninjas with the SURPRISE FACTOR

There are some ninjas whose techniques are so unguessable that even if you have Shikamaru-level battle analysis skills you could not defeat them unprepared.

Who are the Top 10 ninjas that you wouldn't stand a chance against if you didn't have intel on them before hand?

Candidates I suggest:

1. Hidan (Asuma learnt this the hard way)
2. Suigetsu. If you don't come with a thunder style jutsu you can't even touch the guy.
3. Kakazu. You have to kill him 4 times, taijutsu won't work and he can use ALL elements. If you're not super skilled or totally prepared, Kakazu rapes.
4. Hanzo. Don't have a prepared counter to poison ready? Get ready to be destroyed.
5. Raikage (Top Speed mixed with Strong Power) (Thunder Armour)
6. Tobi (If you don't know a way to avoid/counter his intangibility- Tobi wins in the first few moments of the battle.
7. Minato. Is there any way to fight an opponent who teleports instantly? Especially if you have no idea what technique they're even doing.
8. The Six Paths of Pain. Jiraiya learnt this the hard way too- turns out there were actually 6 different pains and they use this secret to their advantage as they all have linked eyesight and all have different techniques. You don't have plans to seperate them, you'll lose.
9. Danzo w/Izanagi. This is more the technique itself, you don't figure out Izanagi early on then you're in trouble if you waste all your chakra and tactics in the opening half of the battle.
10. Itachi w/Tsukiyomi- I'm talking the Tsukiyomi technique in general, how could you know that all you need to do to lose is look into somebodies eyes?

so kakashi need only to look to his enemy and he would be killed instantly
how would you know that all he need is to see you 1/10 of second?

I would replace Minato with Ino, and third Raikage with Gaara, and Itachi with Kimimaro. Other than that, I agree but would add Sasuke and Sasori.

Naruto is a default, because no one would expect him to be the 9 tails jinchuurik, a Sage and a perfect host, but yeah.

This is true but he's more unexpected than anything. Naruto broadcasts his attacks and whilst fighting him may be pretty hard, he's not exactly a difficult card to read. If you have the power then there's nothing surprising about Naruto really, no strategies to work out like Hidan and the Six Paths of Pain

A knew who he was, and he too learnt not to f*ck with Minato. They knew he was fast, but who actually knew one touch is all it would take to finish the battle?

Gai maybe? Kisame did not know his attack was based on taijutsu; so he ended up beaten. In fact; i highly doubt if so many people in Narutoverse know that taijutsu can be used in such scale. Also he looks goofy and all but he is much serious and stronger than that.
Kisame: Dude had an alive sword; who can guess that? Only people who have some knowledge about seven swordsmen of the mist.
Kimimaro: Almost immune to physical attacks; even desert coffin is not good enough to crush him also you can't see guys who are taking out bones out of their body to fight everyday.
Zabuza: Hiding in the mist can troll many shinobis without doujutsu.
Lee: Even he can't predict what he will do when he is drunk.
Second Mizukage: People call him trollkage for a reason.

-kakashi...take a look back at his history of sneak and stealth attacks... especially using earth style...oh and that raikiri to kakazu's heart. (undetected like a true shinobi)

-sasori...when you mentioned hanzo's poison...it honestly reminded me of my most feared akatsuki member that uses poisons on EVERY weapon he uses with his puppets..(IMO) i think sasori is more lethal with his poison compared to hanzo.

Let's add Mitsuki, Hanzo, all puppet users (poison) and Gengetsu Hozuki because of his genjutsu.

Also Momoshiki. You don't use jutsu against him otherwise game over.
