I do not read One Piece, but I do not see the main character in the top list. Is Luffy fodder?

thats what makes one piece more interesting the main characters are no were near top 10, they dont get ridiculous power ups out of no were or in a 2 year gap

Naruto verse desecrates. Without the 10 tails, Hagoromo made the moon, I'd like to see Whitebeard counter a juubi jin Hagoromo. In fact, the whole "destroy the planet" was probably hyperbole. This one guy was said to "split a continent with a head but" but it turned out that "continent" was pretty darn small.

How can the One Piece characters defend on genjutsu? Even Sasuke is probably enough for all of them.

Though One Piece characters are usually stronger than Naruto's. The Top tiers of Naruto easily beats the Top tiers of one piece, although we must also consider that we haven't seen a lot of the abilities of the strongest OP characters. that being said, SO6P, his brother, Madara, 8 gates Guy, and Obito are all on the moon creation scale of power and Kaguya is far stronger than any of them, we don't know how strong she is exactly but we do know that she could easily take any of them on a 1 to 1. So those characters alone could solo the top 10 OP. Add special abilities like Minato's instant Tele as an assist to for example SO6P and Kaguya, and that combo becomes unbeatable. The only character from OPverse that stands a chance is Kizaru because of speed, but I guess FTG and Kamui negate it.
