LeL. You put itachi at the bottom of the lost?!! He is a genius and master Uchia. You are clearly underrating him. Obito even said he would have died by itachi if Itachi had found out Tobi 's real identity(when Tobi had caught sasuke and was explaining him the "truth"). Itachi was a character that was in the top 3 easily. Oh imagine if Itachi seeked true power, even Madara would be nothing compared to him.

Through out the whole part one of NARUTO itachi was thee most feared shonobi in the series, not even oro was on that level as Itachi. Second series, no one really beat Itachi but his own disease and even saskay realized that itachi would have killed sasuke at that time. Even obito knew.
