Agree with some of your list. I think a lot of the Akatsuki were pretty underrated. Namely Deidara, Sasori, Yahiko, Obito and Kisame. As well as Kimimaro, Choji, Tsunade, Hanzo and even Shino. But that is just my opinion. A lot of these people lost a couple of big fights and then people call them weak forgetting their other big feats.

Hanzo is easily the most underrated. Defeated the Sannin (regardless of age, they were still formidable) and his strength was held in such a high regard that Jiraiya was in shock he could even be defeated. He escaped Nagato's rampage and got some pretty good hype overall.

I agree. Wish we could have seen more of what Hanzo could do. Wanted to see a full detailed fight of him vs. The Sannin.
