Top 10 most Underrated characters.

I am saying my opinion on who is the most underrated. I would like to see if you guys have different opinions!

10.Ten Ten -

Due to how she manipulates Ninja Weapons, and how she controlled the Bashōsen.

9. Sakura -

Spoiler

She is one of the main characters and is underrated for no character progression. But she has progressed though the current war. Has even saved thousands of characters including Naruto and Sasuke.

8. Inuzuka Clan -

Yes. The whole clan. They haven't been completely recognized for how the control Ninken.

7. Hinata Hyuga -

She stood up for Naruto and slowed down Pain even though she turned into a Ragdoll.

6. Ino -

Spoiler

She is now very skilled along the likes of her father in Mind Control.

5. Konohamaru -

He stood up against Pain showing how he learned Rasengan and is closest to becoming a Naruto XD

4. Shino -

Spoiler

His abilities are underestimated by many and is easily forgotten. Think of it, Bugs. Termites > Wood Style

3. Darui -

He is able to use the Black Lightning and was able to take out Kinkaku and Ginkaku at once.

2. Konan -

Spoiler

Was the closest to taking out Tobi/Obito before Naruto got to him. Cracking his mask and nearly killing him.

1. Sai -

Spoiler

Being a ANBU-level ninja and a Master Ink Artist. Showing prowess and able to Seal even though it is Emotion Consuming.

That is my Top Ten Underrated Ninja list! Thanks for reading

Most side characters are underrated. Sakura is the only main character I've ever seen that is totally underrated.

I don't think Darui should be that high up the list he is not that underrated xd. I think a lot of people have acknowledged his strength.
Nice list but I think you should add Hanzo and Kisame.

Darui downed Kinkaku/Ginkaku.

Tenten is VERY underrated.

Hinata is way too underrated, I would place her at nr. 3. Hyuuga style: Twin lion heads? going against Pain while everybody else cry for mercy? She is tough.

I would say Neji or lee are underrated too. In fact all of Konoha 11 for that matter xD

What do you mean by underrated? You just listed a bunch of weak ninjas for the most part instead of going for people who are strong but their strength tends to be overlooked.

I'd say a few Akatsuki members can be underrated as do some kages. Don't want to get into specifics either but even powerful ninjas such as Sasuke can get underrated. The only one from your list I consider underrated is Sakura.

Don't forget Sasuke. The amount of bashing I've seen people do on him is sad. They don't acknowledge anything about him even though Sasuke is a bad ass.

You forgot Kankuro! He's a lot stronger and smarter than people give him credit for! (Plus, he's proven himself to be an effective squad leader!)

Seems like a fine list to me. I'm not sure If I made a list myself it would be the same, but certainly some of these characters would make the list and others are debatable.
