if you are going by pure strength then last 3 positions go to other people e.g jiraya, itachi etc...! but if you are counting them as overall how good they are then minato is above hiruzen and if BM included he is above hashirama...! also other two aren't really strong enough to be on this list, there are stronger people out there e.g kabuto etc...! also obito should be above guy...! That's my opinion....! Although your list is good too...!
