You know "evil" is relative right? All of them make their own decisions which may believe is right. Nagato, Obito and Madara want to create a perfect world, even if is just an illusion. The others are just working as ninjas, and as far as I know, being non-sentimental in your job doesn't make you evil. In Sasuke's case, he is just being an emotional teenager, not evil.
