the title kage is irrelevant when it comes to certain things... madara wasn't ever a kage and he is one of the strongest characters introduced...
kakashi is not only strong but smart he wouldn't be hed blitzed because he isn't head fast and he was considered for the title hokage....
and sasuke and naruto are to inexperienced to be called great shinobi
naruto is an exeption though...

Ummm all he did was punch Kinkaku. How is that in anyway a demonstration of speed? Also can you please give me a scan where Choji demonstrated any kind of speed feat against Jirobo? I've read the manga countless times and I've never seen it.

kinkaku is quick in base.... most ppl cant touch him then
kinkaku was in kyuubi cloak

ok i dont need 2 , i would if i can remember the chapter , but when jirobo smashes the ground when choji is lying down , 1 second later choji is 10 ft the other side of jirobo ... so basically he speed blitzed him

a speed blitzes , kakashi has only 1 jutsu that can harm A which is kamui , but that needs prep time

onoki flies , kakashi does nothing

your basically rating kakashi over shinobi who can take on about 5 jounin on his level at once

besides only gaara has less exp than kakashi out of the kages

they all have better brains than kakashi,so does sasuke , naruto is like 5 IQ less
