I'd put Mito as number one. Her being an empath may have something to do with being able to use Kurama's cloak just like Naruto and Minato. I don't see how Tsunade can top that and her forehead seal may or may not be the same as Tsunade's. Still, a solid list.

I hope we get to see a backstory for Mito, thanks! =D​

Lol you say Tsuande is not top 5...but somehow Hinata, who hasn't really defeated or put up a good fight against anybody strong in the manga is somehow top 10....wow just wow

These aren't in any specfic order but the top girls

1. Tsunade (is a kage, landed a blow against Madara)
2. Mei (is also a kage, was seen as more of a support against Madara, but still showed skill beyond to even give trouble for Sasuke)
3. Konan (even though she had a lot of time to plan, she struck a blow against Obito, and her abilites we're praised as an akatsuki member.
4. Sakura (disciple of kage, showed skills near or even as devastating as Tsunades, was instrumental in a battle against an akatsuki member, and also revealed the zetzu night raid plot, and saved countless ninja)
5. Chiyo (a powerful elder, a master of pupper was instrumental in a battle against an akatsuki member, saved a kage from death)
6. Kushina ( was an jinjuriki, an uzumaki, that had enough power or skill to hold down the kybuii)
7. Kurotsuchi (granddaughter of kage, showed great promise and skill verus Kabuto)
8. Anko (a powerful ninja, was given authority to lead a group to track down Kabuto a very powerful ninja, a student of Oruchimaru)
9. Yugito (was a jinjuriki, caused trouble for two powerful akatsuki members)
10. Fū ( was a jinjuriki, caused a lot trouble for powerful ninjas such as Naruto and Bee, as an edo.)

I think you forgot Fuu, jin of the 7 tails. She might be on par with 2 tails, but we've never seen much of her fighting abilities. But the hype gets her up to 7-8th place, IMO

mito should be number one. she has the yin seal and chakra chains and kcm which is a higher level mastery of kurama then anyone except naruto. its also possible that she had chakra enhanced stregth considering that she has yin seal which requires waaayyy more chakra contro then chakra enhanced strength.
