This might be the most accurate list.(mito could be No:3-5 though; Kurotschi might be on the list)
And it is coming from a Hinata fan people be logical how can Hinata be in top 10 kunoichi if There are more kunoichi who are stronger than her. Tayuya, Ameyuri Ringo, Inuzuka Tsume, Kurenai are stronger than her too.

I doupt Hinata would make top 50
