Top 10 Konoha shinobi

As of the latest ANIME episode(250), who do you believe are the ten strongest Konoha shinobi (in order of strength) and why?

1. Tsunade-Regen seal FTW
2. Naruto- Nine-tails with a leash is pretty hard to deal with, although hard to control.
3. Kakashi- Successfully took on 3 Akatsuki members (Deidara, Hidan, and Kakuzu) and stood pretty solid against Pain.
4. Shikamaru- Sharper mind then Kakashi that can control paralyzing shadows makes a great leader
5. Guy- IF he releases the 8th gate, I feel bad for anything in his way
6. Yamato- Rare and unique ability that is very versatile makes him vital
7. Sakura- Medical expert that can bash her way to the injured and hold her own
8. Sai- He can make pictures come to life, I'm sure we haven't seen the full extend of his abilities yet
9. Neji- Haven't seen much from him lately but he established his strength early in the series and has maintained it
10. Rock Lee- He is always just one step behind Neji.

Edit(clarification):It's as of the latest episode that are still standing and still carrying the "Will of Fire" no allies, no dead people, no impure world resurrection bodies.

This list in my opinion was put together WAY too quickly. For one...sai, neji, and lee are all better the sakura. Not to mention the LOADS of ninja missing. (ex...Sasuke and Kabuto) Kinda looks like you googled "11 most liked naruto characters" and dropped out hinata.

1. Naruto- he can use the power of the Nine tails and he scared tobi a bit

2. lady Tsunade the fifth Hokage (Regen seal)

3. Shikamaru (has a more sharper mind than Most of the other Ninja)

4. Sakura/Ino- both of their Medical expertise are out standing but sakura is more expirenced & she is very strong and she also makes a very great leader

5. Yamato (he has very unique abilities)/Guy (When he releases the 8th gate I really feel bad for anything that stands in his way)

6. Sai ( he is fairly good i dont think we have seen his full potential yet

7. Kakashi (he held up pretty good against Pain and he is doing pretty well in the war)

9. Neji (he was the first of the New Konoha 11 to make Jounin and he is fairly strong)

10. Hinata (she may not be perfect but she has alot of determination and she is a strong ninja)

5- Yamato

6 - Kurenai - Im suprrised no one had mentioned her. Her databook stats are pretty good: 4, 4 and 5 in ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu respectively (well rounded). Her genjutsu skills, according to the databook, are on par with itachi...

7 - Sasuke??? Does he count???

7 - Shizune

8 - Original ino-shika-cho (I know this is three but yeh...)

9 - Neji

10 - Raido, genma and unknown from the 4th hokage protection platoon or whatever...

Well if that's how you feel then why don't you post your list with reasons to compare. I'll admit there might be others that are stronger but this is just my opinion on it. 1) Tsunade (Regen Seal and the ability to heal 1000's of people using Katsuyu Make her a VERY powerful ninja. Not to mention....Come on! Last of the Legendary Sannin)

2) Kakashi (Don't really have to say much here. Copy ninja with over 1000 jutsu and in possession of the Mangekyo Sharingan)

3/4) Guy (You can't have Kakashi on a list without following him with Guy. Kakashi is Guys Eternal Rival and is always nippin at his heals. With the 8 Gates Guy is a very POWERFUL force to be dealt with in the Leaf. {even though he annoys the living hell outta me})

3/4) Naruto (Oh Naruto you crazy lucky kid. With Narutos new chakra in 250 hes bumped up my list of powerful and top ninja. He will go up more as soon as he learns how to use it and control the 9 Tails. I place him at a tie with Guy for my 3rd and 4th spot)

5) Yamato (My how the tables have turned brother Yamato. User of the rare wood style Yamato has been and will be one of my favorites but alas. You are now no longer needed as a Harness for the 9 tails but still one BAD A$$ motha)

6) Yamanaka "Fuu" (You all probably don't know who this is but Fuu is concidered the strongest ninja in ANBU. He was with Donzo at the summit. Lets put it this way...Think about Ino's father and times his power by 3 to get the ability level of Fuu)

7) Hyuuga Hiashi (Head of the Hyuuga clan and father of Hinata. The Hyuuga clan is concidered to be ancestors of the Uchiha clan. With his bloodline limit and knowledge he's probably one of the most powerful ninja in all of Leaf.)

I'm not ranking these but consider them somewhere in the 8-10
