confused why shisuei is higher than jiraiya

Just like Itachi, Shisui was implied to do amazing things from the shadows, unknown to everybody but the top brass:

Essentially, everything Itachi became was because Shisui imparted that philosophy onto him:

but hes more of a hero to itachi then anyone else i think a top 10 list of heros should be characters with greater deeds that we know as far as shisui goes how many deeds has he done aside from inspiring itachi and if you really want shisui on the list maybe move him down to number ten until we learn more about him especially when your number 10 is a character who saved many lives in the war and was one of the main reasons for konohas victory so id put tsunade higher than shisui

I'd argue that Shisui played just as pivotal a role in the war as Tsunade or Minato.

He was known as the greatest genjutsu user, and arguably the greatest flicker user (after A.)

Yet he completed his greatest sacrifices from the shadows.

It's true that we don't know many specifics, but that's certainly true of Tobirama/Hiruzen as well.

We can assume their strength was put to use for Konoha.

Just one shot of Kotoamatsukami turned the tides of the current Great Ninja War, after all.

well i list of heros will always be down to the person as we all will hold other characters deeds above overs for me personally id have tsunade higher then shisui not that i dont think shisui is a hero but i dont know enough about him to place him higher than tenth place

Just by doing a thing or two doesn't make you a hero because that's the duty being a shinobi but for those who exceeded the scope of duties and contributed more than their capabilities are known as true heroes...

Hiruzen sacrificed himself for the sake of the village.
Tsunade is about to sacrifice herself for the entire shinobi world. She is about to save 4 village leaders. That's impressive.

Your list is really good,but Tsunade is a greater Hero than Kakashi.She is weaker than him through his Kamui spam,but she did more for the Village and acted selfless like every Hokage.I don't deny that kakashi is a hero...He is smart,strong and loyal.

Don't really get why Shisui is up there, yeah sacrifice from the shadows an all that, but do we know exactly "WHAT" he did from the shadows to be a hero. Not being a **** here just saying, need some kind of example of exactly what he did to be a hero.
