ok here is why by following order
sakura: she is hated because of the way she treats naruto and her friends. she is unaturally obsessed with uchiha sasuke. she also poisoned her on friends with sleeping powder and when she had the chance to kill sasuke she blew it. also how she lied to naruto about her loving him that in my book is a no no
sasuke: power hungry, villianous, evil... ok now lets get to the real sasuke. the real sasuke is a confused boy. on one hands hates naruto and kohana on the other is fighting the war into the allied shinobi favor. like helping itachi take down kabutomaru. however why many people hate is because despite the over all evidence that tobi and danzo we're the main ones reponsible for the uchiha massecare he ignors itachi's words and still wants naruto and kohana dead. but tobi who had a hand in killing his clan seems to be fine with him WTF. also the free upgrades, also he nothing but talk most of time like with killer bee and sasuke fight or the recent kabuto fight
madara: talks to much. gets way to many upgrades and never shows his full power. like seriously he takes battles like naruto does most of the time laid back and not really serious about them. but he is a boss like that
hinata: mostly fan related (i love her actually but you sakura fanboys and girls and narusaku fans seem to pick everything wrong with her.) so here is why she belongs here. she is too shy and also a lil bit timid at first when it comes to killing. however while she is the most hated she is also one of the most liked because of her show of courage against the deva path who clearly over powered her to an extreme. where was sakura in this no where but on the side lines.
tenten: complete waste of ink need i say more. i mean what does she do each in every fight we've seen her in she has lost.
kabuto: way over powered. also he takes free power ups to a whole new level. also he seems to be obsessed with orochimaru. in the list that follows it will show how many upgrades this guy got. that he had no business having

enhanced speed to dodge susanoo arrows
immune to genjutsu
knows too much about sharingan and rinnegan
tobi: lies all the time and multiple personality disorder

orochimaru: do i really want to say this one i mean the man is screwed up.
