2. Bob Dylan- the voice of his generation, changed popular singing, influence is unmatched. Idolized by many
3. Elvis Presley- got music noticed, could sing opera if he wanted, played guitar, influenced many rockers.
4. Led Zeppelin- one of the most innovative bands of all time. and successful
5. Rolling Stones- original, many hits, appeals to many. Influence on pop culture
6. Jimi Hendrix- his legacy and guitar skills are fairly unmatched, his performance at wood stock was legendary
7. Johnny Cash- King of Country Music, outlaw, was an important part of music for nearly 50 years.
8. Aretha Franklin- greatest singer of all time. R.E.S.P.E.C.T., and model for all women.
9. Ray Charles- many hits, crossed boundaries in music, very talented.
10. Bob Marley- most beloved artist, famous peace anthem songs, influence on many, and supporter of pot lol

2.Mediocre voice

6.Don't confuse popularity with "greatness and talent"
7.Only reason why he's an artist is because of his looks nothing else.

Historical figures yes but are historical because they're the greatest musicians and changed the world and changed pop culture. I'm not a beatles fan but are more successful than any other artist and only were together for 10 years and weren't 30.

Eminem - Best rapper alive and arguably in top 5 greatest rappers of all time
Metallica - Possibly the greatest rock band ever formed
Usher - Self-proclaimed Kind of R&B, Greatest performer alive, Confessions greatest R&B album ever
P!nk - P!nk is P!nk she's badass, she makes music fun, she can kick alot of guys assess lmao
Hendrix - Guitar skills that will never be surpassed, true legend
Led Zeppelin - Im a fan 6 albums that went Diamond status and I think 4 were back-to-back-to-back-to-back
TLC - Not only the greatest female hip-hop/r&b group of all time but also one of the greatest period of all time
Adele - No words needed for Adele her first album went Diamond and Rolling In The Deep was an instant classic lol
Kid Rock - Not much to say about Kid Rock, Badass artist, American Badass is one of my favorite songs ever

descent list but there's a reason MJ shouldn't be top 10. Dancing doesn't contribute to music. I don't hear music in a song unless he does tap dance. he doesn't play instrument or write his songs. His voice his okay but you can't understand what he's saying. He's a great entertainer not music artist.
