I know there aren't many genjutsu users but my top 10 are:

1.Itachi
2.Shusui
3.Mizukage
4.Tayuya/Frogs
5.Madara
6.Obito
7.Sasuke
8.Kakashi
9.Shee
10.Kurenai

Right or wrong in your list?

Yeah that jutsu is beast but that's only one feat, its not about how powerful the genjutsu is, but the user and the situation

Sasuke is good with genjutsu and probably is par or better than obito and madara but he uses it the least among them that's why he's 7th, he rarely uses it

Not a bad list & I'm inclined to agree with pretty much everything, shisui/itachi is debatable but itachi has more feats.

i can't really put 10 genjutsu users in my list because i'll ignore a few n then remember, oh he was better but i didn't put him there...! XD

3) DSM kabuto/ Jiraya (sound)

and so on...
i didn't put shisui there because we haven't seen anything from him and if it's just about eyes then he is no. 1....!
