1.Darui-Didn't stand out to me in manga but seemed really cool and strong in the anime
2.Kimimaro-nice backstory and really different and strong fighting techs
3.Current Raikage- one of top 2 strongest kage atm imo
4.Kakashi-Similar to darui, laid back and strong yet passionate
5.kakuzu-so old and strong and sort of had an evil wiseness to him, if that makes sense
6.Jiraiya-how can you not like jiraiya?
7.Naruto-although i've come to not like his fighting style as much recently, still a favorite
8.Minato-that speed, can't beat it. Coolest of the last 3 kage
9.Madara-One of the best villains of the series, kishi really makes you hate him, which i love
10.Shikamaru-not your typical fighter, thinks things through before he does things, i find that similar to myself, except that i don't fight people

 

[Higekage]

Shikamaru - I have loved all his fights and think they might be the coolest fights of the series. He's a cool guy all around. I like his abilities and that he has a very specific position in the world of shinobi warfare

Deidara - He's pretty cool and a funny guy. I like how reckless he is. Also, he looks and sounds pretty cool and his abilities are awesome

Kisame - Just a badass

Orochimaru - Badass too. Also wicked, crazy and generally ****ed up like a true villain. Also very driven, intense and probably the coolest abilities out of the whole bunch. Dude, nothing beats him shedding his skin and popping out a clone of himself from his mouth. Really cool concept - an immortal snake guy

Zabuza - His story was so good, obvious badass too here aswell

Itachi - Same as Zabuza

Hiruzen - Just a very likeable character. He shows that he truly cares for Konoha and actually I'd say this character can teach you alot

Jiraiya - Similar reason to Hiruzen

Second Mizukage - Really cool dude. Just plays with the alliance and he has a freaking giant clam

Tobi - A really dark and mysterious character even though we don't know that much about him. He really is the opposite of Naruto which is nice. I like his fighting style and his masks look awesome ^^

Gaara - Awesome guy, enough said
